Jiaozuo Xinjing Technology Co., Ltd was registered at May 27, 2009 and was put into operation in August 2011. Located in county industrial agglomeration zone, it is state first professional enterprise specialized in research, production and sale of vinyl ether series products. It covers an area of 33000 square meters and a construction area of 8000 square meters.
Currently, we have established 4 production lines of vinyl ether products. And we have 286 sets of matched production, environmental protection and testing equipments. Our annual output of vinyl ether products is 2000 tons. We have complete conditions in product quality testing, environmental protection monitoring and safety protection and control fields.
At present, we have tens varieties of products, such as, vinyl methyl ether, vinyl ethyl ether, N-butyl vinyl ether, isobutyl vinyl ether, and Tert-Butyl Vinyl Ether etc. Vinyl ether series products are important fine chemicals and main organic chemical material. They are widely used in the manufacturing of adhesion agent, coating, lubrication additive, plasticizer, insecticide, sterilizing agent and surface protection material fields. Meanwhile, they are used in preparation of perfume and essence. With the development of fine chemical industry, the demand of vinyl ether is growing increasingly.
Our products are not only welcomed in domestic, but also have been exported to German, Japan and other countries. Due to strict quality management system, our products are highly praised by wide customers. In addition, we established professional scientific research team to carry out research and production. Our annual sales revenue has reached about RMB 80 million Yuan, with annual profit and tax of RMB 9 million Yuan.
What’s more, our company has successfully developed other high polymer ethers, namely, vyclohexyl methyl ether and Tert-Butyl Vinyl Ether to cut down our distance with international level. Relying on abundant marketing channel, we have established national-wide sales network. And we will make efforts to occupy large international market share.
Our company has invested RMB 71 million Yuan to build vinyl methyl ether & maleic anhydride copolymer project (annual output: 3000 tons) and glutaraldehyde project (annual output: 3000 tons). Glutaraldehyde is widely used in medical treatment, disinfection, oil extraction, industrial water treatment, leather tanning agent, paper additive fields. Vinyl methyl ether & maleic anhydride copolymer are widely used in agricultural, medical, cosmetic and textile industries.
And our second stage project is for the manufacturing of down-stream product of ethers. It is estimated the annual sales revenue will be RMB 120 million Yuan. And annual tax and benefit will reach about RMB 21.6 million Yuan. After being put into operation, it will improve our market share and economic benefit sharply.
